Program Services
It is not enough to offer great programs. Organizations need to to demonstrate impact and
outcomes. Program Evaluation includes identifying measurable outcomes, collecting and
analyzing data, reporting progress and making recommendation for improvement. Whether
the program is grant funded or externally accredited, evaluation and assessment are critical for
continuation of services.
Leadership Development
All leaders have areas of strengths and challenges. Leadership coaching can assist leaders in
developing and working with their strengths while compensating for and overcoming their
challenges. Through the use of several assessments and individual sessions leaders will become
more confident, self-aware and stronger in their leadership.
Strategic Planning
As Benjamin Franklin said, “failing to plan is planning to fail”. Organizations need more
than good intentions, they need vision, strategy, and focused implementation to be
successful. Strategic planning should be guided by someone who understands the
process and the desired outcome and has the ability to work with various stakeholder
groups effectively.
